River Walleyes and Lake Michigan Brown Trout

The Wolf Pack has started its Lake Michigan season once again with the Wolf Pack 2 all ready to fill some more coolers. Walleyes on the river systems have also been very productive.
Captain Pat with a nice male walleye.
This is a monster!! This time of year gives you a chance at a trophy female! Let us help you put one on your wall.
Spring Brown trout on Lake Michigan has also heated up. The cool water temperatures have the browns on a feast.
First timer?? No problem the Wolf Pack team will show you how to get one of these tasty fish on your grill!
Another brown trout. A variety of natural colored stickabits flat lined and mini screemer spoons on lead cores have been the best producers.
The spring browns have tons of fight. Wolf Pack always uses the lightest tackle to target these rod benders. Call Captain Pat at 920-918-Wolf to reserve your date with some Lake Michigan brown trout!

Spring River Fishing!

The Wolf Pack is as diverse as the seasons. Pat was after the Walleye in the Bay area. Pat is proud to of Wolf Pack's ability to offer different trips.

While the other Wolf Pack guides checked the local rivers. Here was a Northern that took a green C.S. Spinner bait in medium flow water. C.P.R. (Caught, pictured, released)

Wolf Pack guides Greg and John stalked this trout in shallow waters. Greg acted as spotter and John threw a home-made fly. It took a few casts...but what an acrobatic fish! The Frabill net did it's job as it assisted us greatly in getting this fish landed before he was exhausted - C.P.R.

This silvery Rainbow also took a green C.S. Spinner bait in fast moving waters. C.P.R.
This darker colored Rainbow took an Orange C.S. spinner and really put his shoulders into it!

Spring Steel!!!!

Spring steelhead head action has been pretty steady with the amount of rainfall that has kept up the river flow and cool temperatures. Cloudy days have been more productive with spinners and floating spawn being the best way to trigger some action!
Spawning steelhead are some of the most beautiful fish with the dark green backs and pink stripe along the side! Quit trying to imagine yourself in this picture and call the Wolf Pack! There are a few weeks left of fishing as long as the weather cooperates!
The Frabill saves the day once again! When having to use light line, the only way to properly landing these fish is with a net... let me rephrase that... A FRABILL!!!!
Also only about two weeks until the boats hit Lake Michigan for Brown Trout! Fish have been active so stay posted and don't miss out on the hott spring fishing The Wolf Pack has to offer.
