Walleye River Fishing!!!

I promised an update and here is one you don't want to miss out on!! The spring walleye run is in full effect! The numbers of fish are there along with some of the trophies!!
Here is a nice male walleye!!
The Frabill is getting an intense workout with all this walleye action!!
Talk about a tag team! A St. Croix rod in one clients hand and a Frabill net to capture the moment in the others!

The best thing about this bite is its done with a medium light casting rod!
This client boated well over 25 walleyes this day!
The walleye bite will continue to be good but not for long so get something booked ASAP! Also the salmon boats will be in the water by mid April and don't forget spring turkey guides! We have the land and the blinds all locked up for you to bag that trophy gobbler!!

Update!!

The lack of reports comes from the crazy weather we have had this spring. The ice hurried out so fast on the inland lakes and the rivers are rushing like crazy! Up and coming adventures is spring turkey hunts, spring river fishing for steelhead, and some lake michigan charter fishing starting by mid april! The walleye run is also on! Keep in touch to see what the weather has happening in the Wolf Pack world as conditions are adjusting daily. Pictures and further reports of these adventures as they approach us!

Ice People: Wisconsin Gator Hunting

Some beautiful game fish have been showing themselves the past few weekends! Get in on some of this action before the gamefish season closes in early March.
Here is another pike! This fish measured out at 31 inches!
Along with the pike, the crappie fishing has been hot! These guys are ready to have a fish fry party.

Family fishing is the best! This father/son combination dueled it out on the ice to get a nice meal of crappies!
Back to more pike! This fish measured out at 33.5 inches!
With the winter starting the fade, the pike are putting on the feed bag for a spawning season that happens right after ice out! Say it with me "TIP UPPP!!!!"

The pike have had the Frabill flags flying!
They can't all be big ones but they are all fun no matter the size!
A few nice largemouth bass have also been showing their faces on the tip ups.
There is still plenty of safe fishable ice and in the Wolf Pack system we have the equipment to transport even if the ice isn't strong enough for vehicles. Our ATV pulling transport sleds with bench seats allows us to stay on the bite until the ice lets loose. Lets get out on the ice while the action could possibly get even better than it already is!

Crappie Connection

The crappie action has been nothing short of phenomenal. Customers got this catch along with many others that went back down the hole!
Some nice pike have also shown their faces! This fish measured out at 34 inches!!
This fat largemouth bass measured out at 18 inches!
The one man shelters are great and keep us mobile on the ice to stay on top of the fish and once you get on the fish, we pack them in with snow to keep you extra toasty inside the Frabill.

Another batch of delicious panfish waiting to be cleaned and hit the frying pan! These fish are in abundance so lets throw a few meals in your freezer!

The ice continues to remain strong as well as the fishing! Lets get out there while the weather allows us!

Beautiful weather brings out some of the best fishing! With this mild winter take advantage of these nice days!
Even with warmer temperatures there is great foot travel and plenty of safe ice. Along with many fish!

Weekends are starting to fill up for the remainder of the ice season but there is still room on weekends and plenty of weekday opportunities! Lets get on the ice now that it is here and safe!!

The cold weather is approaching us this week and that will secure the ice for good! Even with the warm temps we have safe and productive fishing in our guiding areas! The panfishing has been awesome!!
