Summer Camp learn from the Wolf Pack!

What kind of summer camps go fishing as part of their summer fun? Camp Anokijig (a~no~kee~gee) of Sheboygan County!
This camper enjoyed learning during a hands-on experience on a Lake Michigan (Sheboygan) charter fishing with the Wolf Pack! With his King Salmon held high, his happiness is the culmination of instruction, "safety first" mentality, and the right equipment! Of course.....

...pure grit and determination has a lot to do with it too!

These campers will never forget the time they caught a "summer" school of fish! They were exposed to all the equipment, terms, and techniques that make a successful trip....BUT, the best exposure was the solidifying of these summer friendships spent in the outdoors - making memories!

Folks that is a Coleman cooler absolutely filled to capacity! Chinook Salmon, Coho salmon, and Rainbow trout!

For the Wolf Pack, educational and fun trips like these are a double bonus. Not only do they relish the opportunity to show-case their equipment by field use to future generations, but they get to pass on their knowledge -- planting a seed. Hoping that at least one camper will some day either choose his career based on this trip or start his / her own family tradition of fishing trips.

For more information about Camp Anokijig, visit their web page! This is one of the best camps around due to it's location! With it's own on-site access to woods, a lakes, and fields, they have plenty of room for quality recreational activities with no traveling required! Of course they do offer off-site activities (some travel required) that take advantage of the fact that they have access to Lake Michigan, the Sheboygan Marsh, and the Kettle Moraine state Forest!

Crystal Blue Springs Fishing w/Camp Y-Koda kids w/ video!

Wolf Pack also participates in educational opportunities, we excel at that and love sharing what we know with youth! It's what we call Wolf Pack Educational.

Crystal Blue Springs Trout Farm and Catch & Release ponds provide a hands-on fishing workshop for kids. The water erupts with feeding Rainbow Trout after food pellets are tossed in.

Camp Y-Koda's fishing campers gather around a Wolf Pack staffer and a large bass that was caught during the workshop. The Wolf Pack helped these youth learn how to fish different baits to produce different species of fish.

Roy and John greet the campers and explain what we have in store for them. This group ranged in age from 6 yrs. to 13 yrs. old.

After a quick briefing, we took them to see how the trout are raised on a trout farm, then we broke into our fishing groups and had a blast fishing the catch & release ponds.

This Camp Y-Koda youth caught a Large Mouth Bass. Each camper had a fishing pole with hook and bobber. The kids split worms, baited barbless hooks, and casted into the lake. We assisted them with casting techniques and finding the right depth to find the fish.

This fella tried a different bait and found that a Perch liked what he had to offer.

Trust me when I say that this little guy was excited when he caught his first Crappie, look at his smile....I can still here him saying "I caught a fish! I caught a fish! I caught a .... what kind is it?....Oh. I caught a Crappie! I caught a Crappie!"

Sweeeeet! These two campers stuck together and tried the Bass side of the pond with great results!

This camper had a plastic worm and was quite successful with it! Combine summer educational camps, experienced guides, Crystal Blue Springs, and nature -- you get a great learning experience!

John guides this group of "geese" up to the hatchery shed for their tour.

Two scoops of feed and watch the fish errupt!

Fishing Private Ponds Wolf Pack Adventure w/ video!

Ever thought about a relaxing fishing picnic on a farm property all to yourself? How about fishing in a catch and release pond full of Bluegill, Perch, Crappie, and Bass, with an occasional Walleye? Wolf Pack has a package designed just for that.

Roy gets his grand daughter's pole set and ready... of course shows us how it's done.

Jason, president of First Choice PC in Sheboygan, takes his son on his first ever fishing trip! Here is his son's first Crappie!

Father and son proud moment. First Choice's first trout!

Way to go Jason, nice fighting Bass.

First Bluegill!

Before you know it, he's handling the fish like a little pro!

Even the ladies get into it. Nice sized Bluegill. What a great fighting fish!

It doesn't take long for her to figure out the Bass baits! This pond is full of a variety of fish for tons of fun!
Paige (Wolf Pack pup) figured out where the Crappie were and got dad (Jerrad Kalmerton) to pose with her.

Rayven is an old pro in the Wolf Pack family! Her and this Bluegill pose for a quick pic!

Even in low light, it's easy to see her beautiful smile! Rayven found the Crappie too!

This is to illustrate the size of some of these Bluegills when they are ready to spawn.

Jason found another nice Bass... these ponds have the ability to keep you guessing!
Even these little bass are aggressive enough to give you a run for your money....they are aggressive fighters...I think they are out to prove themselves.

Jason lands a Rainbow trout for dinner.

Jason helps his son land his first Rainbow trout!
