Lake of the Woods area fishing!

"Late ice" is heating up the fishing!

The Wolf Pack spent some recreation time with friends in Lake of the Woods!

The Perch bite took off and they had phenomenal perch action!

Ahhhh, can you think of a better Friday meal?

Pat has his dinner all planned out -- thanks to Frabill and Custom Jigs and Spins, Pat won't go hungry!

Mike has his appetizer...

Well it looks like everyone is eating great tonight...nice fat fillets!

"Can I keep him dad? Can I, huh?"

Don't you just love when Wisconsin wildlife cuddles up to kids, it's soooo bonding!

Mike caught this Pike cuddling up to his minnow on a Frabill!

Seriously, the Perch action was good and the Crappies even made an appearance. They can school up under the ice where you can't see them with the naked eye, but with a Lowrance Ice Machine, you can see their every move!

What a weekend....Crappie, Northern, Perch...it's like an aquatic Wizard of Ice!

Way to go guys..... this pike could be classified as a farm animal in some parts of the state!

Ya know....even the youngest of sports enthusiast get out and start family traditions!

DON'T MISS THE LATE SEASON FISHING...THE PERCH BITE IS PICKING UP!!!!

Wolf Pack ice fishes Sheboygan Marina

The Pack was out hunting down the trout! COLD temps gave the marina a base of ice. Note the Sheboygan Power Plant in the distance.

GET 'EM Mike! He's got one on.....on 4lb. test! It's a fight, a delicate fight, but.......

....he gets the Brown through the hole! Well done, way to lead the way!

Pat even go in on the action with his Brown!

Yet, another Brown Trout served up through the ice!

Fishing in comfort is one thing, but CATCHING in comfort is another...and Wolf Pack does both very well!

Well, there are enough Browns to form a Cleveland football team. At the end of the day, the Wolf Pack had seven nice trout on the ice....even in below zero temps the Wolf Pack can prove successful -- through "gear, guide, and know how!"

Milwaukee Sport Show

Wolf Pack Adventures' booth at the Milwaukee sports show. Here they highlight their use of a Polaris ATV loaded with two Jiffy Ice Drills, a Lowrance Ice Machine, and gear! Wolf Pack Adventures shows their mobility.

Pat Kalmerton during his ice fishing seminar.
Pat covered the Pack's equipment, style of fishing, baits, and overall ease of use and why it works!
Once again, Pat won the fillet challenge. He's either good with a knife or has had to fillet so many fish in his career it has become as natural as his booming laugh....we kow it's both!

Big Cedar Lake Kids Corral "Small" highlights!

Big Cedar Lake Fishing Tourney and the Wolf Pack was there for the kids!

That smiles is worth it! Getting a youngster hooked on fishing is easy when you have the creature comforts along with you as well!

Thanks to the partnerships with Jiffy, Frabill, and Lowrance, the Wolf Pack gets to set up kids corrals at some fishing tourneys. This future sportsman is set with a chipper/skimmer from Frabill and baits from Custom Jigs & Spins! Getting kids out there to enjoy the sport creates family bonds and creates responsible stewardship for the future!

Wolf Pack trailer with some of the Jiffy Equipment already unloaded for the participants.

One lucky person won this Ice Fishing House! All the creature comforts you can think off, plus removable ports so you can drill holes and fish in complete comfort!

The Wolf Pack brought out the new Frabill Glide Trax to be tested in the extreme temps and winds -- folks got to see all the creature comforts!

Prior to the start of the tourney, participants can go select their holes and get their equipment ready.

Once their spots are selected, they ALL have to wait across a plowed boundary on the perimeter of the fishing area....and wait for the "GO!"

It was COLD! Here Pat uses the chipper end of a Jiffy ice skimmer to get chop the ice out of his hole.

These year's tickets sold were up over 500 from last year! Between 2900-3000 attendees hit the ice!

As you can see, despite the well below zero temperatures, LOTS of people participated in this very popular fishing tournament!

Mike had first place for a while!

Mike Scharl -- (Wolf Pack team member) entered the tournament on his own and took 5th place for $5,000! He was using a Frabill rod!!!! We're proud of Mike -- he's been with us since the beginning of Wolf Pack Adventures!

Jason & Tracy Swartz the Tournament organizers!

4400 holes were drilled in 1hr, 35 mins. with 20 Jiffy Stealth Drills (one hole every 15 seconds) without a malfunction our hats are off to those boys at Jiffy !

When you think about it, that is some serious prize power! Just looking at it makes me remember the days of looking at the "toys r us" catalogue when I was a kid...except here, you just have to catch a fish to get something!

Pelican Lake Ice Fishing Tourney! If you didn't go this year, you gotta go next year! It's a blast and they have TOP-NOTCH prizes!

Fisher Lake Derby a big hit with the little ones!

Wolf Pack Adventures and the Ice 2 the Max gear head to Florence for the Fisher Lake Fishing Derby! The Wolf Pack was back again to help out with the kids free fishing derby area!

Young boys and girls participated in their very own fishing derby. They had tons of fun and didn't even know that they were starting a tradition in their little hearts!

The Wolf Pack worked the kids derby area by providing shelters, some equipment, fishfinders, and assistance to tomorrow's ice anglers.

Here a Wolf Pack guide teaches a couple of girls how to "read!" But it isn't a Harry Potter novel, it's a Lowrance Ice Machine -- equipment easy enough to use, that it's fun for these youthful fisher-women.

After a lesson, the Wolf Pack guide let these two fish for themselves. They had success and fun! What do you suppose their teacher is going to say when they explain to the class that they sat on the ice and read a sonar!?

Like any popular derby, there was media attention! And why not, the winner of the kids fishing derby won a $100 dollar savings bond!

Every participant in the kids derby received a trophy and gifts from Frabill! Not to mention the fact that they were given the gift of enjoying the outdoors....maybe even got the "bug" for the future of outdoor sports!

Hubbard Feeds runs with Wolf Pack!

What happens when you book a trip with the Wolf Pack using Custom Jigs & Spins and Ultra Ice rods by Frabill ?

Hubbard Feeds found out when they booked a guided ice fishing trip to Northern Wisconsin. The action included Bluegill, Crappie, Perch, and Northern Pike! Custom Jigs & Spins is a company developed by true ice fishermen...years of experiences and recommendations have come together to produce lures and jigs --Wolf Packs got' em, you use 'em, fish bite 'em!
It's winter time, but that is a tropical smile, big and warm! Nice sized "slabbed" Crappies are outright fun to catch... and delicious.
"Tada"! A magician couldn't produce as many fish as the Wolf Pack can put you on. Wolf Pack's combination of gear and know-how are pure magic! Ice 2 the Max is a teaming of Jiffy, Lowrance, and Frabill gear. Wolf Pack deploys this Ice 2 the Max concept to get you great fishing results.
When you fish with the pack, you'll be using Frabill's Sensiv XL fishing rods -- rods so sensitive, it borders on precognitive thought (if the fish is even thinking about biting, the rod knows it!) So detecting a nibble is easy and catching nice sized panfish on these rods is a blast!
Now, add a Lowrance Ice Machine (portable sonar) and fishing really heats up. The Ice Machine has a large color display and is sensitive enough to mark the movement of your jig. You will "see" a fish on the graph and it's reaction to your jig, it's that easy! Each item is represented by a color on the graph...and when the two colors come together....you've got a bite!
This Wolf Pack catch is ready to be cleaned and packaged...all taken care of by the Wolf Pack staff. That's a great deal...you'll end up with prime boneless fillets ready for your best recipe!
There are many lakes you can fish, and other quality guides you can go with...so why Wolf Pack Adventures? Because they have proven consistent catches, they use top-notch equipment, they teach -- not just guide, and Wolf Pack Adventure's family owned & operated theme is that they are "Living a dream!"

Wolf Pack Adventure's Capt. Pat Kalmerton grew up to do this... to pass on the outdoor skills that his family's generations has passed down to him...it's not a job, it's their dream!

Frabill, Lowrance, Jiffy, Custom Jigs & Spins, Polaris, Coleman -- all top quality names in ice fishing, are "partners" with the Wolf Pack Adventures. Each recognizes the other's quality and they are available for you!

Wolf Pack runnin on the Sheboygan Marina

Trout fishing is pure fun...but when it's done through the ice, it's even more exhilarating!
It's the same feeling you get when you're opening a present......

...you never know what you're gonna get until you pull it out of the box -- or through the ice! The Wolf Pack has fished these waters enough to know that the "big" boys don't go away in winter.

RUN with the PACK!
